Chrysovalantis Spanias received the diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) in 2010. During 2010-13 was employed as a Senior Electrical Engineer in the Construction Industry in Cyprus. He received his PhD from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and Informatics, Cyprus University of Technology in 2020. He currently works for the Distribution System Operator (DSO) of the Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC). His main area of research is stability analysis and control of power systems.
